Yoga for Eating Disorder Recovery
This four-week, virtual yoga experience is designed to support eating disorder recovery. Discover how yoga can help you manage anxiety, connect with your body, and accept yourself. Each session includes lecture and group discussion, plus a short yoga and meditation practice. You'll meet others on the recovery journey and come away with greater capacity to cope with big emotions, care for your body, and access compassion for yourself.
