Wednesday's Child

Wednesday's Child is a not for profit organisation, providing support, coaching, events and listening services for those experiencing eating disorders.

We tailor our programmes and one-to-one support to assist families and individuals of all ages and circumstances, whilst also providing a wide range of learning and 'insight' sessions to aid empathy and understanding among teachers, pastoral care leaders, healthcare practitioners, befrienders, spouses, parents and employers.

Our unique Heal Kitchen approach sees us running Supportive Suppers throughout the country, on a 'needs met' basis in specific regions. We also provide assisted shopping, mealtime support, and online coaching for those preferring not to meet in person.

Wednesday's Child also retails wellness boxes, carefully curated to provide a kindness gift which would be considered suitable for someone in recovery from an eating disorder or related mental health illness.
