Torin Forest Psychotherapy
I am a fully qualified queer therapist using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion focused therapy (CFT), and mindfulness techniques. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where we can explore whatever difficulties you are facing with curiosity and compassion. I specialise in eating disorders (including ARFID, bulimia, anorexia and binge eating), body image concerns, anxiety, panic and agoraphobia, and provide LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy. My approach is evidence-based, combining research-backed methods with clinical experience and your individual needs. My work is trauma-informed and focuses on understanding what has happened to you, rather than what is wrong with you.
