The Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust’s Community Eating Disorder Service (CEDS)

We have specialist knowledge in working with children and young people who have an eating disorder and works closely with local health services and other agencies. Our multi-disciplinary team is made up of dedicated health professionals including specialist nurses, cognitive behavioural therapists, family therapists, dieticians, psychologists and psychiatrists who offer assessment and treatment in a variety of community settings as well as specialist consultation and advice for professionals.

Referral Criteria & Process

Self- referral is available by calling the number of your local team.

Scunthorpe (01724 408460), Doncaster (01302 796000) and Rotherham (01709 304808) - and speak to a duty clinician and they will then ask a member of ED team to contact the Young person or their family depending on the age of the young person.
