Referral Criteria & Process

Binge Eating Disorder Treatment Journey If you feel you need our help, please email our team at info@cbeduk.co.uk A FREE pre-assessment questionnaire will be sent to you. This will help us gather all the information we need to see if our treatments can help you. Your information is held in our secure system If we think our treatments can help you, we will contact you to arrange an assessment with Dr Matthew Cahill, Consultant Psychiatrist. The assessment will take between 60 to 90 minutes. This can be virtual or face to face, depending on your preference and location. We will discuss the cost of the assessment with you at this point. Following the assessment, you will receive a report, outlining a summary of your condition, and potential options and costs for treatment. You can then proceed with the treatment which has been planned for you, or arrange a follow up appointment with Dr Matthew Cahill to discuss the options further. Your treatment begins. There are regular points during your treatment where we review your progress, to see if you are improving, or whether other options need to be considered.
