Are you or your child struggling with ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder)? Do you want to learn more about ARFID, how to manage appetite, strategies for mealtimes and how you can widen your/your child’s diet?

I am passionate about supporting children and adults with ARFID. I can work with you to help you understand your/your child’s eating patterns, and help you achieve your eating goals. I also offer parent/carer workshops, and deliver training to other professionals.

About me:

I am a highly specialist speech and language therapist with over 12 years’ experience working with children and adults, in both independent practice and the NHS. I independently established the pathway for ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) in CAMHS, including training the multi-disciplinary team, support with diagnosis, delivering workshops and offering 1:1 support.

What people say about me:

❤️Words cannot sum up how much we appreciate your support, patience, empathy and professionalism. We would not be where we are now without your expertise and guidance
