Sweet Cavanagh/Free Me - beading for recovery

Sweet Cavanagh leads peer support groups and jewellery making workshops as a form of creative therapeutic activity for women in recovery from eating disorders and addictions.  Each session opens with a group check-in and goal setting followed by a half an hour lunch break which we eat together, members need to bring lunch with them. After lunch we spend the afternoon making jewellery. Jewellery lessons are given and no prior experience is necessary. The groups are all free of charge. We'd love for you to get in touch if you would like more info or would like to join the group!
