Susanna Fall
I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Pharmacist with an Advanced Diploma in Eating Disorders & Obesity from the National Centre for Eating Disorders. I’m also a Certified NLP Coach and trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). I take a compassionate, hands-on and client-led approach to support lasting change. I help people move away from disordered eating, build insight into their behaviours and emotions, and rebuild trust in their body and food choices — so they can feel calmer, more in control, and more connected to themselves again.

Experience
With a background as a pharmacist and several years of experience in healthcare, I bring a strong scientific foundation to my work as a Nutritional Therapist. For many years, I have been supporting clients with eating disorders and weight management, including emotional eating, binge eating, bulimia and restrictive eating.
My approach combines evidence-based nutritional therapy with therapeutic techniques and a compassionate, person-centred style. I aim to help clients restore a balanced relationship with food, feel empowered in their choices, and support both their physical health and emotional well-being.
