SCOTLAND WIDE- Peer support groups and peer befriending for anyone over the age of 18 who either has an eating disorder or cares for someone with one. You do not need to have a diagnosis.
Referral Criteria & Process
Step 1: Self-referral
Step 2: Initial Call with one of the team to discuss suitability of our different support options.
Referral criteria:
- Over the age of 18
- Currently living anywhere in Scotland
- Experiencing disordered eating, eating distress or an eating disorder, or currently a carer or loved one of someone with an eating disorder.
