I am a Specialist Eating Disorders Dietitian based in London, and have worked with clients with eating disorders and disordered eating  since 2011 in both the National Health Service and in my own private practice. I am passionate about helping clients improve their relationship with food and their body, getting back to normal eating and rediscovering their own internal cues. I follow a Non-Diet and Health At Every Size (HAES) approach, and draw on my training in Mindful & Intuitive Eating to help clients in their food recovery.

I help adults and young people work towards achieving their recovery goals, as well as working with families to empower them to help and support their loved one. Each person is an individual, with individual struggles and individual needs, so the treatment provided is tailored to them and in collaboration with them.
