I am a Specialist Eating Disorders Dietitian based in London and am passionate about working with people who wish to make change to their eating and work towards recovery. There is so much conflicting nutrition information out there, so I work with clients to help educate them about nutrition and what it is to eat 'normally'. Often the pattern people get in to around their eating can make their eating disorder behaviours worse and result in not being nourished properly, so we will look at this and if any changes can be made to help with this.I work with adults and young people with eating disorders or disordered eating work towards achieving their recovery goals, as well as working with families to empower them to help and support their loved one. Each person is an individual, with individual struggles and individual needs, so the treatment provided is tailored to them.
