Social Eating Support Group

Suffering from an eating disorder can be isolating and for many of those embarking on a journey of recovery the fear of social eating and eating in restaurants can be incredibly daunting. With practice it can become easier. This group is intended to support those in the early days, or just wanting more support, in eating out.

The group meets every Wednesday evening at 8pm at a different restaurant each week.
