Sharon Rother

I have been working as a Counsellor for 30 years and have 20 years experience of working with people with a variety of eating disorders such as Anorexia, Bulimia, ARFID, Binge Eating Disorder and Obesity. I also have personal experience of an eating disorder. I am a Counsellor accredited by the BACP and have an MA in Counselling Inquiry, researching an aspect of Eating Disorders. I have co-written two books and have published several articles on Eating Disorders & Obesity. I was a Lecturer and Researcher for six years working at the Obesity and Eating Disorder Unit at the University of Hertfordshire.
