Our eating disorder service offers a multi-disciplinary approach and comprehensive care to individuals suffering from complex eating disorders. These include Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorders and Eating Disorders Not Otherwise Specified (EDNOS).
We provide specialist evidence based treatments determined by individual need, based on clinical expertise and good clinical practice, working to NICE guidelines and The MARSIPAN Report.
Rharian Fields Specialist Eating Disorder Service is designed to deliver a range of individualised services to adults age 17 years and above. Our service caters for both male and female clients.

Referrals for all Rharian Fields Services are made directly to the unit. Tel:(01472) 302482 Email: victoria.wolfe@nhs.net To increase the accessibility of our Eating Disorder Service, we accept referrals made by any health or social care professional. Referral forms for all our services can be accessed at the Rharian Fields website: www.rharianfields.co.uk All relevant information is required before a referral will be considered. Along with a fully completed referral form we will also require current blood test results and a recent ECG. This information enables our team to make an informed decision about the risks associated with each individual case and facilitates us to implement the most appropriate care package in a timely manner. Inpatient criteria Who does the service support? Clients must be 17 years and six months and above Clients must meet the diagnostic criteria for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder or an Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified Physical complications associated with rapid weight loss Formal and informal admissions, although we would always look to the least restrictive option and work collaboratively with our service users Support from the individuals local CMHT care co-coordinator and consultant psychiatrist BMI Recent self-harm episodeElectrolyte/ECG abnormalityDiabetesFalling weight (1kg per week)Pregnancy The exclusion criteria includes: Moderate or severe learning disability Active illicit substance use Severe and florid psychosis
