Nude Nutrition is a team of Online Dietitian nutritionists, offering a unique approach to finding food happiness. We support people who are want to find a more peaceful and freeing relationship with food. We work with those who have a disordered relationship with food, to those who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder. We take a holistic, individualised approach to Eating Disorder (ED) recovery and treatment. We specialise in treating chronic dieting and eating disorders by coaching clients to build confidence and reduce anxiety around their eating habits and food choices. We honour that each of our clients has specific needs, life experiences and circumstances that result in a unique pathway to recovery and sustainable health. Our dietitians are experienced in providing ED recovery support as part of your treatment team (alongside your GP and Psychologist at a minimum). Our practitioners are trained in Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and integrating nutrition counselling skills to assist you in your recovery. Our Dietitians engage in ongoing clinical supervision to ensure you are provided with the safest, most ethical care and support. If you suspect you have an Eating Disorder but have not been able to access appropriate support, we can help advocate on your behalf and assist you in forming a treatment team in a setting most suitable to you.
