Rebecca Perkins - Wellbeing and Resilience Coach

Hi, I'm Rebecca. I'm a qualified wellbeing and resilience coach. I have worked as a professional coach for 11 years with individuals and  groups across all sectors and ages. More recently I have worked with young people who are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, addictions and eating disorders.

I know first hand the benefit of having a coach. I was grateful for this opportunity whilst my daughter was suffering with anorexia 10 years ago. I know the value of having the chance to speak with someone who helped point me back to my own wisdom. It helped me gain clarity and peace of mind. I really appreciated my coach holding a space for me to explore my feelings and reconnect with myself.

My daughter and I have recently published a book called Recovery from Within: a mother and daughter's journey through anorexia. In it we will share our insights, what we learned together and the understanding of how the mind works that has given us the keys to full recovery. Today she is fully recovered and thriving.

My intention here is to offer support to those with an eating disorder as well as parents, carers and loved ones.

Referral Criteria & Process

I'm here to support you whether you've been diagnosed with an eating disorder or not. You may have thinking around food that is unhelpful. You may be a carer, parent, sibling or loved one of someone who's suffering and you don't know how best to help and support as well as needing guidance yourself. I'm here to support and guide you to find clarity and peace of mind.

You may want one to one support or support from a group setting. You may decide an intensive would be best for you, with or without family. I live in Mumbles on the edge of the Gower Peninsula and spend time walking on the beach with clients.

You can get in touch via email and arrange an initial conversation with no charge.

I trained as an NLP practitioner and coach in 2007. I have worked as a coach ever since. In 2014 I came across a new psychological understanding of the mind called the Three Principles which had a huge impact on my practice. I've since studied in depth the profound shift that is available to all of us with an understanding of how the mind works.
