Family & Friends Eating Disorders Online Support Group

Our Family & Friends Peer-Led Support Group is for anyone in the UK aged 18+ caring for or supporting another person with an eating disorder.

The Group runs on Zoom every other Tuesday morning and is a safe and welcoming space to talk about the challenges of supporting a loved one. Facilitated and moderated by our support staff, the Group is self-guided but typically looks at coping strategies, challenges and problems of caring for someone with an eating disorder, recovery focussed strategies and provides a chance to talk to others in a similar situation. Whatever your relationship with the person you are supporting, you'll be made very welcome.

More details about the Group, including its Guidelines and Code of Conduct, are here.
