Overeaters Anonymous (3)

SORRY THIS GROUP IS NOW CLOSED.  THE NEAREST MEETING IS NORWICH.  PLEASE VISIT  WEBSITE FOR DETAILS

Overeaters Anonymous offers a program of recovery from compulsive eating using the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of OA. The Twelve Steps work for anyone with any eating issues including over eating, under eating, obesity, anorexia and bulimia. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop eating compulsively.

Meetings provide a fellowship of experience, strength and hope where members respect one another's anonymity. OA is not just about weight loss, gain or maintenance; or obesity or diets. It addresses physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is not a religious organisation and does not promote any particular diet. OA charges no dues or fees; it is self-supporting through member contributions.

Referral Criteria & Process

Anyone can come along, with any type of eating disorder, no referral necessary. No need to call in advance unless you want to - you can simply turn up if you wish.
