Nourishing Routes

Nourishing Routes was founded by myself as a result of my very personal journey recovering for over a decade from severe anorexia and body dysmorphia including five long inpatient admissions.  I went on to university to gain MSc Bsc PGdip for health sciences, psychology and nutrition.

Author of a newly published book called "Nourishing Routes" Love Food, Adore Your Body, Become Your Authentic Self. The book is available worldwide and had many great reviews for eating disorders.

I have also worked at John Moores University as a researcher in public health and I am qualified in counselling.

I provide one to one support for anyone suffering from an eating disorder including help for families and carers.
