Telephone coaching for anyone supporting someone with an eating disorder. Are you caring for someone with an eating disorder? Through Nexus, we’re offering a place to open up to someone about how you’re feeling while they empower you to support your loved one. This free 12-week coaching programme sees you meet with a personal advisor for weekly 40-minute phone calls. They’ll act as a sounding board, supporting you to set and achieve goals as you take care of your loved one. The aim is to create a safe, supportive space, where we help you find your own answers and bring about positive change.
