Nexus is our coaching service for anyone supporting someone aged 25 or under with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder or OSFED, no diagnosis needed.

This free 12-week coaching programme sees you meet with a Beat Programme Officer for weekly 40-minute sessions. They’ll act as a sounding board, supporting you to set and achieve goals as you take care of your loved one.

The aim is to create a safe, supportive space, where we help you find your own answers and bring about positive change.
