We offer accessible treatment and support to people affected by mental health difficulties, particularly people with body-image and eating problems. We can offer on-line treatment to anyone living in the UK, and face-to-face treatment to those in the Edinburgh area. The central treatments we offer are talking therapies (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Schema Therapy) however this can be combined with psychiatric treatment and support work. We employ people with lived experience of mental ill-health to add this unique perspective to our multi-disciplinary team. We also offer support to family and carers of those with mental health problems, online or face-to-face.
