Led by an eating disorder clinician, our Workshops for family and friends supporting someone with a long-term eating disorder (formerly Harnessing Hope) will help you understand the impact of long-term anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder.

You will also develop the skills and tools needed to support your partner, friend or family member’s recovery.

There will be a focus throughout on your self-care and managing the physical and mental toll that supporting a loved one can take.

The workshops are delivered via Zoom in five weekly sessions that will last for two and a half hours. They are open to parents, siblings, partners, friends and anyone else caring for a loved one.

These workshops are not suitable for those caring for someone with ARFID.
