For the past 12 years I have been working with people with eating disorders both privately and in the NHS.
I’m passionate about delivering tried and tested interventions and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is well known to be one of the most effective psychological treatments for eating disorders.
My approach aims to help you deal with your difficulties by breaking them down into smaller parts. Helping you to understand what is contributing to and maintaining your eating difficulties as well as how to break free from unhelpful patterns of thinking and eating disorder behaviours.
