Early intervention and prevention service for eating disorders providing one to one counselling sessions alongside nutrition sessions. We aim to provide a service that has a significant long term benefit and relapse prevention rather than short term solutions with a higher possibility of relapse. We take a holistic approach to a person’s individual treatment, which takes into account the person as a whole and all of their needs.

We also provide staff training, parent and students workshops on early intervention and prevention of eating disorders to various different organisations and schools.
