Hull and East Riding Type 1 Diabetes and Eating Disorders (T1DE) Service

The T1DE Service brings diabetes, eating disorders and  mental health care into one team to help people manage their  diabetes safely, get treatment for their eating disorder and  improve their mental health. The service is for people aged 18 or over with a GP in Hull or The East Riding.
