Hopethruhorses specializes in mental health, Eating Disorders and trauma related disorders and has built up a wellness model created from not only our unconventional, wide and flexible approach to hypnotherapy but also our Equine Informed Therapeutic Healing. Years of experience, experiences, skills, accumulated knowledge and a spiritual tendency have culminated in a model that aids your recovery in the very best way possible.

The horses are aspects of a wider package of which hypnotherapy is very much a part. Recovery is a process and comes from a range of interventions all with the same aim, to bring relief from the pain of mental and emotional suffering and help you move forward with your life, freely and without restriction.
I discovered the beginnings of what was later to be Equine Involvement Therapies and Equine Informed Therapeutic Healing, almost 20 years ago, completely by accident. and at the same time stumbled across a remarkable route to my own recovery. Full of intense fear and some extremely misguided interactions with a very special horse, I was taught, guided, healed and enlightened in a way no therapist had ever succeeded in doing. It was through this horse I learned to use hypnotherapy...to its very greatest and most beneficial healing effect.
