Holistic Therapy Group for Eating Based Difficulties - Oakdale Centre

In the new year, 2024, the Oakdale Centre will be launching two new holistic therapy programs specifically targeted as stand alone treatments to support recovery for those struggling with all aspects of eating based difficulties. Led by Dr. Helen McLay, Principal Clinical Psychologist, these group programs bring together a team of leading specialists in nutrition, psychological and yoga based therapies to provide a range of bespoke and comprehensive treatment interventions.
