I specialise in psychotherapy for eating disorders, from anorexia, bulimia, over eating, binge eating, poor body image and compulsive eating.  If you struggle with the way that you eat, psychotherapy can help you to explore why you are turning to food to deal with your emotions.

I manage a specialist therapy centre offering tailored support to help recover from eating disorders.  I can help you understand where your eating disorder has come from, what are your triggers and how you can start to overcome it.

My style of therapy is integrative, which means I work with many different theories and techniques and I tailor the therapy to your needs.

I offer short term or long-term therapy.  I also offer workshops for carers.
