As a certified counsellor in intuitive eating as well as a registered dietitian, I combine cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and nutrition counselling to reconnect you with your body to guide your eating and create an empowered and peaceful relationship with food - for life.

Founded and run by Emma Townsin, Food Life Freedom offers Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned, non-judgemental support to women struggling with stressful food behaviours and body image concerns.

Support for binge eating, emotional eating, restrictive eating, obsessive food thoughts, weight cycling, chronic dieting and stressful food and body relationships.

Emma’s passion is in supporting you to develop an empowered and confident relationship with food and your body.

Member of Professional Body

Registered Healthcare provider with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) to practice as a healthcare provider in the UK. Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor (CIEC). Active member of the British Dietetics Association (BDA). Active member of Eating disorder registered dietitians and professionals (EDRDPro)

Referral Criteria & Process

Self referral available. You do not need to meet criteria for a formal diagnosis to deserve support and treatment. We always start with a free discovery call to ensure we are a good fit. You can use the links on my website to instantly schedule a call over zoom.
