For the sufferer we provide:

Text, telephone and email support – having regular frequent check-ins with one of our experienced volunteers or staff members

Help Line – 0800 7999 372.  A crisis helpline will be available very soon – 8am-8pm. Keep an eye on our social media and website for updates

Befriending – spending quality time with one of our volunteers or staff members to have the opportunity to talk openly about the problems they are facing

Advocate – accompanying to appointments, support groups and other requirements

Online and face-to-face support groups – to meet fellow sufferers, exchange recovery ideas and share thoughts and emotions in a non-judgemental, friendly and understanding environment

Our own workshops aimed at helping the sufferer recover and find peace from their eating disorder.


For the parents, carer, family and friends of those affected by an Eating Disorder:

Our own workshops to provide information and guidance on how to deal with the loved one on a daily basis and self-care.
