Emma is a leading registered nutritional therapist, behaviour change expert, educator and mentor. She works with clients privately 1-1 to support them with disordered eating and emotional wellbeing. Emma works compassionately and empowers clients to restore a balanced relationship with food and nourishment of their body. Her personalised packages help clients build a relationship where food can be fun and nourishing, not punishing. Emma also lectures, trains and mentors nutrition practitioners in disordered eating and is a lecturer on Nutritional Interventions for Eating Disorders at the National Centre for Eating Disorders. Emma has extensive training in psychology, eating disorders and nutrition, and therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).
