Edwina Hawkridge

I am a specialist counsellor for Eating Disorders and Weight Management I help people overcome their issues with food, eating and weight using an evidence based approach (UK and USA) promoted by the National Centre for Eating Disorders which is the primary organisation in the UK for understanding and working with people who struggle with these issues. In my experience as a counsellor I know that eating disorders have the ability to make you feel a variety of things including miserable. My approach is warm and supportive to help you feel happier and be able to start untangling the confusion over your eating concerns.

It can be in depth work but it's important that I understand you and your issue so that we can form a helpful treatment plan for you that will work. In my experience eating issues rarely disappear on their own, if you'd like some support in overcoming these issues you have a choice to make, contact me, contact someone else or do nothing.

If you'd like to take that first step to changing an eating issue that you have then get in touch for a no obligation chat and call me 07784 105 769 if I do not answer I am probably in session please leave me a message and I will get back to you within 24 hours.  Alternatively send me an email outlining your concerns and I will get back to you as soon as I can in no longer than 24 hours. Whatever you choose take care.
