Eating Matters, (the operating name of Norfolk Eating Disorders Association est. 1979) is a Norfolk charity providing front-line and on-going therapeutic support to children, young people and adults with eating disorders. We currently deliver a range of services including: 1:1 counselling and support and a bulimic and anorexic programme. We also offer Therapeutic Workshops for Emotion-Driven Overeating: the workshops are facilitated by an experienced psychotherapist and provide a safe place in which participants can share their experiences and better understand their individual difficulties with food and weight. .

All of the counsellors working at Eating Matters on a permanent basis are qualified to at least Graduate or Post-Graduate Diploma level, some hold Masters Degrees in counselling and are either BACP, BPC or UKCP accredited or are BACP registered.
