Eating Disorder Counselling and Therapy Service

As an eating disorders specialist, Sally has worked therapeutically with people both in clinical and community settings for many years. Sally is registered with the healthcare professions council. Support for carers and parents is available on request. The location situated close to the A14 corridor has a large free car park and is pleasantly situated in a small market town. Referrals are accepted from any area, but specifically Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire.


Due to COVID 19 restrictions there are no' face to face' appointments available. Telephone appointments / sessions are Monday to Friday. 


Referral Criteria & Process

Self referral, GP, consultant all welcomed. Following an initial assessment, sessions are agreed between client and therapist using a range of supportive therapy including CBT, motivational interviewing and motivational enhancement therapy. Weight management, meal planning and nutrtitional education are offered to all clients who feel ready and are able to make steps towards recovery and a healthy lifestyle.
