Referral Criteria & Process
You can self-refer by emailing me through beat or through my website.
I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big first step, and many people feel uncertain about where to begin. I therefore offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation as an opportunity for us to talk, think together about what you're looking for, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
I offer therapy sessions online or in-person.
I'm available most weekdays online, and in-person on Wednsday late afternoons and evenings.
