I am a Chartered Psychologist with experience of working both in the NHS and in commissioned services with people facing the challenges of disordered eating and also weight issues.

I trained with the National Centre For Eating Disorders and have worked in residential settings for Eating Disorders, NHS Community Mental Health services, and in NHS Specialist Weight Management Services. Disordered eating is complex and I know it can feel frustrating and confusing when we are stuck in habitual disordered eating habits.

It can be a struggle to get recognition and help, especially when we are unable to access the national services on offer or when we don't fit a 'simple' or 'standard' diagnosis.

I can offer you a safe space to explore what's happening, to make sense of why, and help you to use tools and techniques to break the old habits and routines of disordered eating, allowing you to live your life without the burden that disordered eating brings.

I work online so I can support people from anywhere across the UK and we can conduct the appointments from a place that is both private and convenient for you. I offer a free initial phone consultation where I can introduce myself and we can address any questions or queries you might have before starting regular appointments.
