I have been providing therapy for over eight years within NHS, voluntary and private sectors. I am skilled in treating many problem areas, including depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, bereavement and much more. I am a psychologist and a fully accredited cognitive behavioural therapist; I am able to integrate and combine psychotherapies to meet each individual's needs. Clients who I have treated have described me as professional, supportive and able to offer a warm, understanding space. I believe strongly that a safe and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship is vital to the process of change and recovery.

I am a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP).
