Dr Elene Robson - Clinical Psychologist
I am a Clinical Psychologist specialising in working with children, adolescents and young adults with eating disorders. I have over 20 years of experience working in the NHS, specialising in child and adolescent mental health. This has allowed me to gain extensive experience in working with children, adolescents, young people, siblings and parents to overcome a wide range of psychological, emotional and behavioural difficulties. I have spent the last 15 years working and specialising in supporting young people with difficulties related to health and eating. I have worked within a paediatric setting, and more recently within a specialist Eating Disorder team within a Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) Team as Clinical Lead. I specialise now in supporting families through my private practice, and continue to work part-time in the CAMHS Eating Disorder team. I have lots of training in working with different models and treatment approaches to difficulties related to eating. I am passionate about providing a nurturing and supportive therapeutic relationship, working alongside families to provide evidence-based care that is tailored to each individual's needs. I work online, which means appointments can take place in the comfort of your own home, and I can support people anywhere in the UK. I also offer a free initial phone consultation to introduce myself and answer any questions.
