Anyone can make a referral into our services including GPs, school staff, children and young people, families and carers. Call 03300 245 321 or email VCL.DevonSpa@nhs.net to request access to a secure email route. Once this is provided email the two forms listed here: http://devon.integratedchildrensservices.co.uk/camhs/professional/professional-support/request-criteria-camhs/ (titled 'Information sharing consent form' and 'Request for service form') to VCL.DevonSpa@nhs.net.
