Experience

Are you tired of thoughts about food or body image ruling your life? Perhaps you've tried to change before, to eat more "normally" or feel comfortable in your body, but nothing seems to last for long. Whether you're struggling with bingeing, restriction, purging or constantly thinking about food and your body, I can help you to understand what's happening and move forward.

I specialise in online therapy for eating disorders and disordered eating, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia, OSFED, and body image issues. My approach is integrative, drawing from different therapies to meet your needs.

Having personally recovered from a long-term eating disorder and body dysmorphia, I understand how consuming and isolating this struggle can be, as well as how important it is to get the right help. I bring over 20 years’ experience in behaviour change, mental health, and specialist eating disorder training.

I work online across the UK and internationally. Get in touch for a a free 20-minute consultation to explore how we might work together.

Recovery is possible and you don't have to do this on your own.
