Claire Feldman - Binge Eating Therapist
Hi, I’m Claire — a BACP-registered therapist with a special interest in eating and body image struggles. I offer online sessions across the UK for adults who want to understand and heal their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. My approach is calm, compassionate and collaborative. We work together to explore what sits beneath eating patterns, not just how to change them, so you can move towards a steadier sense of confidence and self-trust.

Experience
You’re capable and organised in so many parts of your life, yet food can feel like the one area that keeps unravelling. Mornings start with determination; evenings end in frustration, guilt, and another promise to “start again tomorrow.” It’s a painful loop, and it’s rarely about willpower.
For many people, especially those with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected), food becomes a way to manage overwhelm, stimulation, or the constant pressure to “hold it all together.” You might look accomplished and in control on the outside, while privately feeling out of control or ashamed around food.
I specialise in supporting high-achievers, perfectionists, and neurodivergent clients who feel stuck in cycles of restriction, overeating, emotional eating, or binge eating. Together we slow things down, explore what your relationship with food is trying to soothe or regulate, and build something steadier and kinder.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw from CBT, hypnotherapy, and EFT, and I’ll always shape our work around your life, your needs, and your pace. Sessions are structured but supportive, with space to check in between if needed.
Alongside my clinical training, I bring lived experience of both disordered eating and ADHD. It helps me meet you with real understanding and without judgement — because I know how complex this can feel from the inside.
I offer weekly or fortnightly therapy within a simple monthly structure. You can book an introductory call via my website if you’d like to explore working together.
