Referral Criteria & Process

Referrals to this outpatient service are accepted from GPs, qualified social workers, educational psychologists, paediatricians and MAST panel meetings. Health visitors and school nurses may refer with explicit agreement of the GP. Referrals should be in writing to: CAMHS Single Point of Access Centenary House 55 Albert Terrace Road Sheffield S6 3BR Service does provide more intensive treatment (daypatient, inpatient) - must be referred by a community CAMHS team.
