Referrals can call 0203 513 6910 or a letter faxed to 020 3513 6105 or to the dedicated/secure email address: ssg-tr.nationalreferrals@nhs.net.

The relevant paperwork accompanying the patient referrals should be a letter faxed to 020 3513 6105  The letter should be addressed to Dr Giovanni Galavotti/Jo Wallace and should include brief history including recent Body Mass Index (BMI), bloods, Electrocardiogram (ECG).
