Sessions are person-centred and tailored to the individual working at the clients pace. They may comprise time-line therapy work, food diaries, meal-planning and counselling around unwanted thoughts and behaviours. Support is availalable for sufferers and their carers, partners, parents and family. Both Karen and Trev are experienced working with people with disordered relationships with food and have trained with Deanne Jade at the National Centre for Eating Disorders. Referrals can be made by parents, self or G.P.'s, however it is a requirement of working with clients that they are in contact with their doctor for regular assessments of their physical health.
