Anne Richardson is a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specialising is eating disorders and weight management.

Anne trained for four years at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London to become a registered nutritional therapist practitioner and went on to train at the National Centre for Eating Disorders where she qualified as Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity, a diploma approved by the British Psychological Society. She is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and a member of the Complementary & Natural Health Council (CNHC).
