"Living with an eating disorder can be incredibly difficult. Between guilt around food, constant body checking, and the pressure to look a certain way, it can feel as if your mind is stuck in a loop thats hard to step out of. Often, this loop is fueled by anxiety, low mood, or a sense of being overwhelmed, making it even harder to find a way forward.



Many feel caught between two different versions of themselves: one that believes control over food or weight is crucial to manage difficult emotions, and another that knows there is more to life than rules and self-criticism. This conflict can bring doubt, but your experience is very human. There is a place where food feels more neutral, anxiety feels more manageable, and your worth comes from within rather than from a set of rigid rules.



My aim is to help you build a steady foundation for this place. I primarily offer CBT-E (the gold-standard for managing eating disorders and body image difficulties), integrating DBT, ACT, and Compassion-Focused approaches. Therapy is structured, collaborative, and goal-focused; addressing not just the eating disorder, but the depressive cycles, anxiety or trauma that often coexist with it. Together, we identify what is maintaining these patterns to strengthen your emotional regulation, flexibility, and self-trust.
