AEDRA

All our services are informed by neurobiological research into Eating Disorders and our interventions are not concerned so much with traditional talk therapy and with what triggered the ED, but what is maintaining it. We work from a food first principle, with the elimination of restriction and ED behaviours, and tailor the support specifically for each individual and where they , at that point in their recovery. An important part of recovery coaching is keeping the anxiety manageable, and as Eating disorders are with you 24/7, on top of 1 hour video session a week the recovery coaching package offers unlimited text/ email support to help manage and overcome thought patterns and behaviours.Your coach will help you through every stage of the recovery process; they will help you build a strong foundation and find all the skills you need to reach and maintain recovery and they will help you create a life that's meaningful for you beyond the restrictive confines of your eating disorder. We also offer online Meal Support Coaching and Text Support.
