Acacia Dreams - Southampton

We are a Southampton based support group for anyone who feels that their eating habits or body image difficulties are getting in the way of a fulfilling life. Acacia Dreams strives to provide a safe, non-clinical space for anyone who comes to our meetings and that they feel able to participate.

We host regular meetings in St Deny’s Community Centre at 7:30 pm on the first Wednesday of each month .

The community centre is a short walk away from St Deny’s train station and has ample free parking.

We provide a large variety of tea and coffee (soya milk also available)!

Don’t want to come on your own?

That’s okay! If you feel more comfortable having someone to support you at the meetings then you’re more than welcome to bring them along.

Other Work

Additionally, we are organising workshops surrounding mental health and well-being, community events and talks from health professionals and influences.
